2. Service Booking & Payments

• All bookings made through our website www.windshieldmasters.in, customer care numbers, or other platforms are considered final once payment is confirmed.

• No refunds will be provided after the booking has been confirmed, under any circumstances, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing by Windshield Masters.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and contact details during booking.

3. Service Modifications

• Any modifications or special requirements must be communicated at the time of booking or vehicle onboarding at our workshop.

• Modifications during or after service initiation will be made only upon mutual understanding and are subject to feasibility and additional charges, if applicable.

4. Vehicle Condition and Liability

• While every effort is made to handle customer vehicles with the utmost care and professionalism, Windshield Masters is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or unforeseen breakage/damage to the customer’s vehicle during the onboarding, servicing, or handling process at the workshop or during doorstep service.

• Customers are advised to inspect their vehicle thoroughly before and after service delivery.

5. Insurance Claims

• Insurance-related services are offered as a support facility. Windshield Masters can assist in documentation and guidance for processing claims.

• However, Windshield Masters is not responsible for claim approvals, rejections, or delays, which are entirely at the discretion of the insurance company.

• Any charges not covered or rejected by the insurance company are fully payable by the customer.

6. Warranty & After-Sales Service

• Warranty on materials or workmanship (if applicable) will be clearly communicated at the time of service and mentioned in the invoice or job card.

• Any post-service concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion to be eligible for review or rectification.

7. Website Use

• The use of our website is subject to the terms outlined herein. Users agree not to misuse, hack, duplicate, or distribute any content, service offerings, or branding materials without written permission from Windshield Masters.

• We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the website or service offering at any time, without prior notice.
